House Policies

We want every guest to have a comfortable, relaxing stay at The Lodge. These guidelines help protect the home, respect our neighbors, and keep things running smoothly for everyone.

No Pets

This property is not pet friendly.
We’re not able to make exceptions.

No Smoking

Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home.

If you smoke outside, please:

  • Keep all windows and doors closed

  • Dispose of cigarette butts properly

Smoking inside the home will result in a fine.

Maximum Occupancy

The Lodge is set up to be comfortable for up to 10 guests, and that is the maximum occupancy for the home.

If you have questions about your group size before booking, feel free to reach out. We’re always happy to help make sure the space is a good fit.

No Parties or Events

The Lodge is designed for quiet stays, gatherings, and time together. It is not intended for parties or large events.

Please keep noise levels reasonable, especially in the evenings, and be mindful that this is a residential neighborhood.

Respect for Neighbors & Wildlife

We care about our neighbors and the surrounding land, and we ask guests to do the same.

  • Please keep noise at a respectful level

  • Do not leave food or trash outside

  • Store all garbage securely in the garage bins

Food and exposed trash attract wildlife and create problems quickly. Any animal-related mess or damage may result in additional charges.
