We call it "The Lodge" - because it's the perfect, spacious mountain retreat for groups, families, and friends exploring Gunnison. Comfortably sleeping up to 10, the home features multiple living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright enclosed sunroom perfect for morning coffee or afternoon wind-down. Minutes from downtown, Western Colorado University, and easy access to skiing, hiking, biking, and fishing. Thoughtfully furnished and professionally maintained for relaxed, memorable stays.

  • There are 3.5 total bathrooms.
    On the main floor, there is a half bath off of the kitchen and laundry room and a full five piece bathroom in the primary suite.
    On the second floor, there are two full bathrooms shared amongst the four bedrooms.

  • If work needs to come along for the trip, bedroom five includes two fully set up workstations, making it easy to balance remote work with mountain time.

  • The sunroom is a favorite spot. Filled with natural light and views of the surrounding landscape, it’s perfect for slow mornings with coffee, an afternoon book, or winding down after a day outside. It’s one of those spaces that makes the house extra special. (Even on a cold winter day, if the sun is out, that sunroom can easily get up into the 70s or 80s!)

  • Peloton bike available for guest use. Guests must log in with their own Peloton account and wear appropriate footwear.

  • The home is located just under ten minutes from downtown Gunnison, with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, and local amenities. You’re also close to the free bus stop for Crested Butte, so you can skip parking hassles and enjoy the ride. Crested Butte’s skiing, hiking, and mountain biking are about 30 minutes away, while the Gunnison and Taylor Rivers, Hartman Rocks, and Blue Mesa Reservoir are all within easy driving distance.
